# EQUIPO STAFF

En nuestro servidor tenemos a personas encargadas de una función en especifico dentro del staff. Ellos se encargarán de brindarte información, ayudarte con inconvenientes o apoyarte a la hora de tener alguna duda y, en caso de requerirlo aplicar una sanción por el incumplimiento de nuestro [<mark style="color:red;">REGLAMENTO</mark>](/wiki/general/reglas.md).

## RANGOS DEL STAFF&#x20;

### <mark style="color:purple;">EQUIPO DIRECTIVO</mark>&#x20;

**Definición:** Son los encargados de todo el servidor, el manejo de la network, y de la directriz del equipo staff.&#x20;

Si quieres denunciar un acto ilegal o reportar algún error dentro del servidor puedes contactarnos por medio de nuestro sistema de **Tickets**. Este sistema es para que puedas contactarnos de forma privada con el Equipo Staff.

Para utilizar este sistema solo debes irte a la categoría **Soporte** y luego al canal **Tickets** en nuestro  [Discord](https://discord.americraft.es/) oficial.\

Una vez allí deberás seleccionar la categoría en la cual quieres contactarnos y añadir la información necesaria para poder ayudarte.
